Who we are

This website, ep-golf.co.uk, is run by Ethan Payne Golf: golf coaching by Ethan Payne, PGA professional at Louth Golf Club, Crowtree Lane, Louth, Lincolnshire LN11 9LJ. For anything relating to your personal information, contact ethanpaynegolf@gmail.com.

What this website collects

This website itself stores no personal data and sets no cookies of its own. It has no user accounts, no contact-form database and no advertising trackers.

Booking an assessment or a lesson

There is no online booking system and no contact form on this site. Lessons are arranged directly with Ethan by phone, WhatsApp, email or Facebook message, so the only information he holds is what you choose to tell him: usually your name, your contact details and the times you can make.

Those messages sit in the service you sent them through. WhatsApp messages are carried by WhatsApp, part of Meta; email sent to the address above is held in Google’s Gmail; Facebook messages are held by Meta. Each of them acts as a processor of that message under its own privacy policy. Ethan keeps your details only to arrange and deliver your coaching, and never sells or shares them for marketing.

Analytics

This site currently runs no analytics at all. Nothing measures your visit, no analytics script is loaded, and no statistics about you are collected or sent anywhere.

If that changes, it will be Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and records aggregate page views without tracking individual visitors, and this page will be updated to say so before it is switched on.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of the personal information held about you, and the right to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email ethanpaynegolf@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab).
