Lessons
Individual coaching, measured in real progress
Every lesson is one-to-one, built around your game, and backed by launch-monitor data, so you always know what changed and why.

The free 30-minute swing assessment
Before any lesson, Ethan wants to see your game. The assessment is a relaxed half hour: hit some balls, talk about where you are and where you want to be, and look at the numbers together. You leave knowing exactly what is holding your game back, whether or not you book a lesson afterwards.
There is no charge and no obligation. It is simply the best way to start.

What we work on
Every part of the game, from tee to hole
Full swing
Build a swing that repeats, driver through irons, with launch-monitor numbers to show exactly what changed.
Pitching
Take the guesswork out of 30 to 100 yards with a simple system for distance control.
Short game
Chipping and greenside play that gets you up and down more often: technique and shot selection.
Putting
Start line, pace and green reading, the fastest way to take shots off your score.
Course management
Play smarter with the game you already have: targets, club choice and strategy. Best learned out on the course itself, in a playing lesson.
Not sure what you need? That is exactly what the free assessment is for.

Out on the course
Not every problem shows up on the practice ground. A playing lesson takes the coaching onto the course itself, where club choice, targets and the lie you actually have are the lesson. It runs 40 minutes, the same as any other, and covers about three holes.

Same as a studio lesson
The studio
Numbers you can see, progress you can prove
Lessons run from the indoor studio bay at Louth Golf Club, hitting out onto the course with launch-monitor tracking on every shot. The data shows precisely what your swing is doing, so coaching is based on evidence rather than guesswork. It also means lessons run all year round, whatever the weather.
Club path
The direction the club is travelling as it meets the ball.
Face angle
Where the face is pointing at impact, which is most of where the ball starts.
Strike
Whereabouts on the face you actually made contact.
Carry distance
How far the ball flies through the air, not how far it runs out.
Measured on every shot you hit.
Questions
Practical questions
Wondering whether lessons suit a complete beginner, whether you need your own clubs, or what to actually say when you ring? Those are answered on the booking page.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The indoor studio means lessons go ahead whatever Lincolnshire skies are doing. Full swing work on the launch monitor is unaffected by rain or wind.
What if I need to cancel or rearrange?
Just call or message Ethan as early as you can and he'll rearrange it. Because lessons are arranged directly with him, there is no system to fight with.
Not sure which lesson you need?
That is what the free assessment is for. Ethan looks at your game first, then tells you what would help.
